The Religious & Surau Al-Syafi’i Committee Unit is led by a Religious Officer to plan and organise religious activities at UNISSA and to manage matters related to Surau Al-Syafi’i (prayer hall).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and organise religious functions and spiritual activities for UNISSA students;
• Supervise students’ participation in cultural, community and recreational activities, ensuring they are in accordance with Islamic values;
• Provide religious guidance and promote better understanding of the religion;
• Responsible for the management of Surau Al-Syafi’i
