HTRC PRODUCT & SERVICE INVENTION COMPETITION 2024
Wednesday, 24 April 2024 – Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through the Halalan Thayyiban Research Centre (HTRC) held a Product and Service Invention Competition emphasising on science and technology while maintaining the aspect of halalan thayyiban. The event took place at Al-Ghazali 1 Room, Sinaut Campus UNISSA, Tutong.

Isnin, 1 April 2024 – Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) melalui Pusat Penyelidikan Halalan Thayyiban (PPHT) telah meneruskan usaha dalam mengimarahkan lagi bulan suci Ramadan melalui program Infaq Ramadhan 4.0 2024. Majlis berkenaan merupakan aktiviti sosial dan kebajikan yang diungkayahkan oleh PPHT pada setiap bulan Ramadhan.

Sumbangan Pek Makanan Berbuka
Jumaat, 29 Mac 2024 – Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) melalui badan pelajar Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) dari Pusat Penyelidikan Halalan Thayyiban (PPHT) dengan kerjasama Faculty Agriculture Student Society (FASS) dari Fakulti Pertanian telah menjalankan Projek Amal Kasih di kampus Sinaut, UNISSA, Tutong. Projek ini merupakan medium untuk bersedekah bagi warga UNISSA dimana 500 pek makanan disediakan dan diagihkan ke beberapa masjid di Daerah Tutong untuk jamuan iftar.

Kempen Membersihkan Masjid
Ahad, 30 Mac 2024 – Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) melalui badan pelajar Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) dari Pusat Penyelidikan Halalan Thayyiban (PPHT) telah mengadakan aktiviti kempen kebersihan. Kempen tersebut telah diadakan di Masjid Kampung Sinaut di Daerah Tutong dengan kerjasama dan dokongan ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa (AJK) Takmir Masjid. Aktiviti ini merupakan inisiatif khidmat masyakat badan pelajar untuk penduduk Kampung Sinaut. Ia juga melatih pelajar untuk membiasakan diri dalam membuat aktiviti berkebajikan seperti bergotong royong dan sebagainya terutama sekali di bulan puasa.

Sabtu & Ahad, 23 & 24 Mac 2024 – Dalam usaha menjalankan tanggungjawab sosial menerusi sumbangan pakaian-pakaian terpakai kepada golongan-golongan yang memerlukan, Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) melalui Pusat Penyelidikan Halalan Thayyiban (PPHT) dengan kerjasama Women Business Council (WBC) telah mengadakan program Infaq Preloved Baju Raya 2024 yang berlangsung di Dewan Al-Rayyan, UNISSA, Kampus Sinaut.

TABARRU’ IFTAR 2024
Sabtu, 16 Mac 2024 – Pelajar-pelajar Tahun 1, Pusat Penyelidikan Halalan Thayyiban (PPHT), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) di Kampus Sinaut, UNISSA telah mengungkayahkan program Tabarru’ Iftar yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberi sumbangan pek makanan berbuka bagi para Jemaah di masjid. Sebanyak 150 pek makanan telah disediakan yang kemudiannya diagihkan ke lima buah masjid di Daerah Tutong. Pengagihan pek makanan berkenaan disasarkan kepada Masjid Pengiran Anak Sarah, Masjid Kampung Sinaut, Masjid Ar-Rahim, dan Masjid Haji Abdul Azim serta Masjid Kampong Keriam.

HALAL SCIENCE WEEK PROGRAM
10,000 Steps Day Leisure Program
Sunday, 18 February 2024 – Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) has organised a 10,000-step Day leisure program involving academic staff and students of the Halalan Thayyiban Research Centre (PPHT), located at Sungai Basong Recreational Park in Tutong District. The event was attended by 53 students and several HTRC’s academic staff.

Launching Ceremony
Monday, 19 February 2024 – Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through the Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) from the Halalan Thayyiban Research Centre (HTRC) held the launching ceremony for Halal Science Week (HaSWeek) which was located at the UNISSA Sinaut Campus in Tutong. Concurrently, this program will take place within one week from February 18, 2024 to February 26, 2024.

Monday, 19 February 2024 – The launching ceremony was then continued with Halal Industrial Food Management Demonstration competition specifically for Year 3 students as part of the students’ course assessment.
Youth From Local IPT Discuss Sustainable Development Goals
Monday, 19 February 2024 – Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through the Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) from the Halalan Thayyiban Research Centre (HTRC) held a youth forum discussing the topic“Youth Forum: Youth Led Initiative For Sustainable Development Goals”. The forum took place at Dewan Al-Rayyan, Sinaut Campus UNISSA, Tutong in conjunction with the Halal Science Week program in line with the celebration of the 40th National Day Brunei Darussalam, 2024.

‘Thrift’ Project
Monday-Thursday, 19-22 February 2024 – Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) also organized the Thrift project as part of the activity under the Halal Science Week Program in which the proceeds from the sale of the donated clothes were donated to the Unissa Taawun Fund as well as to PPHT Fund.
Soap-Making Workshop
Tuesday, 20 February 2024 – Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) also organized a workshop on soap making from natural ingredients where participants were assisted by facilitators who were the students of the Master of Halal Science program; Nur Atikah Fariah binti Muhammad Asrul (23MC1606), Dayang Noorhidayah binti Awang Haji Md Badaruddin Shah (23MC1607) and Hajah Nur Munawwarah binti Haji Brahim (23MC1609).
Halal Science Camp
Sunday-Monday, 25-26 February 2024 – Camp activities as the closing activity of the program which was organized by Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) specifically for HTRC students to bridge relationships between students, strengthen leadership qualities and survival skills which was held at Bintudon Greenspring Resort, Kampung Lamunin Tutong. The facilitator for the activity was Mohd Raffi bin Mohd Ali Noordin, coach, Outward Bound Brunei, Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports.

Jumaat, 16 Februari 2024 – “Munajat dan Tazkirah Subuh Solidariti Pelajar UNISSA Untuk Rakyat Palestin” merupakan salah satu program sesi tazkirah yang berunsurkan ceramah yang telah dianjurkan oleh Halalan Thayyiban Student Society (HTSS) dengan kerjasama bersama Unit Keugamaan dan Takmir Surau Al-Syafi’i di bawah Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) UNISSA.
