The TMC Service facilitates loans of portable speaker, photography and audio and video recording equipment. We can also provide a one to one or group training and demonstration service if required.

How much notice do you need to give?

• 5 working days notice is normally required*

*We cannot guarantee that booking requests submitted within a shorter notice period will be met.

To book equipment, please use the AV Equipment Loan Request Form

If you are unable to use the form, please email TMC Support, (please note incorrect information may result in a problem with your booking). Although email is preferable telephone enquiries can be made to extension +673 8314888.
