About the Journal

AR-RĀ’IQ is an academic refereed journal which is published bianually in June and December by the Centre for Research and Publication, UNISSA. The journal provides a platform for experts in the areas of Islamic Law, Islamic Studies, Linguistics, Islamic Economics and Fianance, Management, Malay Culture and Civilization and other related fields to express their views in relation to those issues.

 

Objectives

1. To provide a platform for scholars and academicians to express their views regarding contemporary issues in Islamic studies.
2. To encourage experts to be active in their academic research related to their specialization.
3. To enhance the quality of academic research and publications as one of the criteria in determining university’s excellence.
4. To improve the networking between UNISSA and other high institutions around the world.
5. To promote UNISSA both locally and internationally.
