Summary, etc THE CROWNSHIP OF HIS MAJESTY SULTAN IBRAHIM SULTAN JOHOR.

Johor is the only state in Malaysia that has a crown and holds the Sultan's Coronation Ceremony. Maharaja Abu Bakar who gained international recognition as the Sultan of Johor through the Allegiance Agreement with the British in 1885 inspired and revealed a crown for him and his successor Sultans. The action is a radical step in the modernization of the state of Johor.

Sultan Abu Bakar ascended the throne of the Kingdom of Johor in 1862, but his coronation ceremony took place in 1886. Sultan Abu Bakar legislated the law about the successor to the throne of the Kingdom of Johor in the Constitution of the Kingdom of Johor in 1895. However, he did not set the coronation ceremony as a condition or legal process to ascend the throne. For this reason, the Coronation Ceremony is more of a custom, and not a legal requirement, the Crown and the Coronation Ceremony confirm the legitimacy of the Sultan's appointment and increase his sovereignty.

This book narrates the strategy of Emperor Abu Bakar in his efforts to gain fan recognition as Sultan, and describes his wisdom in inspiring philosophy and revealing the Royal Jewels, Royal Equipment, and symbols of his respected power.

This book also records Sultan Ibrahim's concern and his own involvement to ensure the fulfillment of his wishes so that the coronation celebration becomes an exclusive event for all the people to remember. His Majesty is very involved in efforts to conserve the Government Jewels, cleaning and improving the place for all ceremonies and ceremonies, choosing the color and design of furniture, furniture accessories, and souvenirs. His Majesty took the time to test each specially designed chair to make it comfortable for his guests. His Majesty specially ordered tableware sets and silverware from Europe and the East. His Majesty set out to attend the rehearsals and practice to ensure punctuality and compliance with customs. For the Royal Dining Ceremony, the Isaginda herself chose a menu that suited the taste of her guests.

The coronation ceremony is full of palace customs inherited from the previous rulers of Johor. The ceremony showed the modernity with the theme of gray and golden colors that decorated the Singgahsana Room; ceremonial dress; robotic cameras and remote microphones used. The reception ceremony, the coronation ceremony of His Majesty the Sultan and King Zarith Sofiah by Dato' Mufti, prayer recitations, recitation of the king's pledge, and the ceremony of bowing, stressing the importance of maintaining customs.

Among the highlights of the Coronation Ceremony was the awarding of the title of Queen of Johor to DYMM Raja Zarith Sofiah binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah, his wife, which is unusual because the title of Queen has never been used in Johor before.

This book describes the Coronation celebration as an event that strengthens cooperation and understanding among the people of Johor, and provides tangible proof that the royal institution is still relevant. The coronation of His Majesty Sukan Barabim Johor symbolizes the pinnacle of success and pride of the state of Johor
