The method that researchers use is a method with a type of description approach. This approach focuses on obtaining information that is accurate enough in the time specified to get practical results and then interpreting it objectively from specific phenomena or topics in accordance with existing data or phenomena. Researchers have proven that there are a number of vocabulary words in anonymized form contained in the Sasak language dictionary, namely 57 words starting from FL letters, with the possibility that this vocabulary allows the use of teaching materials in teaching Arabic through dialogue texts, grammatical structure, kalam texts, and language training.
2025-04-20T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 JALL | Journal of Arabic Linguistics and Literaturehttps://unissa.edu.bn/journal/index.php/jall/article/view/1036Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Arabic Language Learning Process2025-04-20T22:54:30-05:00Riska Khairani riskakhairaninst98@gmail.comAbdul Wahab Rosyidiwahab@pba.uin-malang.ac.idZubaidahZubaidah@uinbukittinggi.ac.idSiti Mustika Vevi Mokoginta vhevimokoginta98@gmail.com
This study examines the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Arabic language learning at MTs NU Pakis Malang. Using an interpretive paradigm, the research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation from the principal, vice principal, and Arabic teachers for grades 7 and 8. The findings indicate that the Independent Curriculum has allowed teachers to adjust materials and teaching strategies according to student needs, fostering a flexible, engaging, and student-centered learning environment. Students are encouraged to be more independent and motivated in their learning. However, challenges were identified, such as variations in student motivation, the need for additional teacher training, and adapting to the block system. Despite these challenges, the curriculum has contributed positively to enhancing student engagement and Arabic language learning outcomes at the school.
2025-04-20T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2025 JALL | Journal of Arabic Linguistics and Literaturehttps://unissa.edu.bn/journal/index.php/jall/article/view/1037BAHASA SASAK DALAM EKSPRESI KEBERAGAMAAN MASYARAKAT ISLAM LOMBOK2025-04-20T23:01:34-05:00Erma Suriyaniermasuriyani@uinmataram.ac.idSuparmantosuparmanto@uinmataram.ac.idAkmaluddinakmal@uinmataram.ac.id
This research aims to describe the dialectic between language expression and the religious traditions of the Lombok Islamic community which is packaged in two formulations: (a) explaining the forms of religious expression of the Lombok Islamic community which utilizes Sasak language data in its implementation.
