This Second International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISOIT2) therefore is intended to continue the intellectual tradition cherished by the Department in enhancing the Islamic discussion on many important issues challenging the Muslims in recent time. The Second International Seminar on Islamic Thought (ISOIT2 2009) is a medium of discussion for all Muslims over the world on the issues pertaining to the Muslim and Islam. It is a place where the Muslim scholars, researchers, academics meet every five years to discuss the global issues related to Islam and non-Muslim counterparts.
