520 _aThis study is aimed at restropecting the data of the learning process of PAl in the classroom for government schools in the lower primary level in Negara Brunei Darussalam and analysed the implementation of the teaching of PAl from 1994 - 1997 and also to indicate the factors that lead to the success of this project (PAl). 413 study samples have been chosen, 350 of them are from parents/guidance which have been selected randomly, 4 officers from Curiculum Development Department , 4 inspectors from the Inspectorate Department, 2 officers from the Monitoring Unit, 2 lecturers from UBD, 9 committee members of the PAl Evaluation Project 1997 and 4 committee members of PAl textbook. The study has been conducted through questionnaires, interviews and observations of the PAl teaching process in the classroom and the active participation of religious activity in the school. The information is then tabulated, analyzed and interpreted descriptively and qualitatively.
