Undoubtedly, 'Islamic jurisprudence and ethics' is a very useful branch of knowledge, which elevates its students to the highest peak of dignity. Therefore, Islamic scholars say: "One who does not have the foundational knowledge in any branch of knowledge, he cannot reach the destination of that branch". Basically, 'Islamic jurisprudence and ethics' is one of those fundamental branches of knowledge without negotiating it a mufti or a judge cannot apply Shari'ah rules and regulations.
