THIS BOOK aims to review the process of evolution in the Malay cultures in Brunei Darussalam, which have been influence and enriched by various elements starting from animism, Hinduism, Buddhism and lastly Islam. The influence of the three cultures on Malay traditions, as stated earlier, was a lengthly process. It was then inculcated and developed to form a pattern in the habits and beliefs of the Malay people until today.
