This book, the first of two, is the daily account of a solo expedition that occurred between 2007 and 2008. Norhayati Abu Bakar, a Bruneian, and her husband Harun traversed the African continent alone. From the icy waters of Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa, they drove via Cape Town to Europe and then eastwards to reach their home Brunei Darussalam after a 10 month journey. This is the story of the expedition through lands of immense beauty and dangers.
