Religious Education
in the Global Constellation in Remote Areas in Central Java (Mono-Study of Religious Education in Remote Areas)
Formal educational institutions in remote areas are national assets that require a lot of attention, especially in learning according to the current curriculum.
This is mandated by the 1945 Constitution, article 31 paragraph 1, which reads "Every citizen has the right to receive education" and article 3 reads "The government strives for and organizes a national education system that increases faith and piety as well as noble morals in order to educate the nation's life, which is regulated by law". One of the formal educational institutions that still requires government attention is Madrasahs/schools that are still at the 9-year Compulsory Education level, both MI/SD and MTs/SMP. The Madrasahs/Schools are located in remote areas that are far from the district capital, difficult to reach by vehicle, isolated, have no public transportation, and have not been supplied with electricity from PLN.
The implementation of Madrasah/schools in remote areas, especially in terms of the implementation of religious education, is a form of concern for remote communities in building communities towards improving Human Resources (HR). This improvement in HR is not only in terms of general knowledge but also development in terms of religious knowledge. This is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning SISDIKNAS Article 15 that the types of education include general, vocational, academic, professional, vocational, religious and special education.
