Victory in Response to the Evil Qadarites and Mu'tazilites is a book on theology by Yahya bin Al-Khair Al-Omrani. The original text of this book was a doctoral dissertation from the Islamic University under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Mohsen Al-Abbad .

The title of the book appears in the manuscript as follows: (Al-Intisar fi al-Radd ala al-Mu'tazila al-Qadariyya al-Ashrar). The word "Mu'tazila" is written as (Sahih), indicating that it was added in the case of a parallel or something similar. Al-Ja'di mentioned it under the name: (Al-Intisar fi al-Radd ala al-Qadariyya al-Ashrar). Al-Subki mentioned it under the name: (Al-Intisar fi al-Radd ala al-Qadariyya).

Al-Omrani mentioned in the introduction to his book that he wrote it in response to Judge Jaafar bin Ahmed bin Abdul Salam Al-Zaidi, who was a judge in Sana’a , and in it he declared his adherence to Mu’tazilite doctrine . Al-Omrani wrote a letter in which he presented the beliefs of the people of Hadith, giving advice to Muslims and warning against falling into misguidance . The Mu’tazilite responded to him in a book he called (The Damning of Falsehood from the Hanbali School of Thought). Al-Omrani responded to him with this long book and added to it a response to the various types of innovators who contradict the beliefs of the people of Hadith.

The book "Al-Intisar fi al- Radd ala al-Mu'tazila al-Qadariyya " (The Victory in Response to the Evil Qadarites) by Yahya ibn Abi al-Khair al-'Umrani is of interest to researchers and specialists interested in theology. It is included among the works on the branches of theology and closely related disciplines, such as hadith, jurisprudence, biography, and other Islamic disciplines.

It included a response and refutation of the Ash'aris who claim to defend the Sunni doctrine and respond to the Mu'tazila , while in reality they say the same as the Mu'tazila on many issues.
