The main focus of this book is on the significance of applying best practices in communication, especially in an Islamic management context, to achieve better performance and effective management in a Malaysian public research university. A study which was based on interviews, was conducted to evaluate the level of awareness of Islamic best practices in communication and its application in the daily management operations of eight faculties by their respective deans.
