Desires and Hopes Speech Collection of Seri Begawan University College of Religious Studies is a collection of the text of the speech of the President of KUPU SB, Dr Hajah Masnon binti Haji Ibrahim which was published for the first time, As a leading religious teaching higher education institution in the country and in the region and in its young age, it is certain that a neat planning and strategy needs to be organised. In the speeches delivered by Raes, he described his aspirations to make KUPU SB achieve the goals he had set for himself. Through the publication of this booklet, it is hoped that the Aspiration of Ra'es can be shared by all KUPU SB citizens, especially the lecturers and students.
