His interpretation has rebuilt the jurisprudence of the Malaysian Constitution through Al-Watani's pioneering framework (local nature of the homeland): defining and re-strengthening the theory of the Grundnorm Constitution/ the sovereignty of the Constitution's legitimacy through the Islamic paradigm/ the prerogative of the King/ the re-contextualization of the history of the Constitution that touches on the rule of law -law and governance of other laws such as the judiciary and so on: Al-Watani was supported by Islamic jurisprudence; compass and advice based on the context of the local environment (local circumstances).
