In terms, da'wah teaches Islamic values to the wider community. Islamic teachings and values are presented by explaining them to the community so that they can understand, agree with the contents of the message, and practice them. Da'wah seeks to bring society towards dynamic and balanced virtue by upholding and perfecting a personality with noble morals. Da'wah is a process of internalization, transmission, diffusion, institutionalization and transformation of Islam that involves, among others, da'wah communicators (dai), da'wah communicants (mad'u), messages, contexts and responses to realize a better life, safe in this world and the hereafter.
This book attempts to present communication and da'wah in an integral paradigm, as a paradigm of da'wah communication. This paradigm becomes a starting point for da'wah communication practitioners, which influences the material, techniques, and ethics of their communication. When communication carries out the function of da'wah, the role of communication becomes noble. This is where the importance of understanding the 'communication order for da'wah communicators in carrying out their roles lies.
This book is intended for preachers, missionaries, da'wah communicators, students of the faculty of da'wah majoring in Islamic broadcasting communication, and anyone interested in studying the science of da'wah communication.
