The writing of this book started as merely an attempt to provide a text or a least a sourcebook for law students in Brunei Darussalam. In teaching the law of evidence to students at UNISSA I was aware of the need for a book that analyses the legal provisions of the Brunei Evidence Act (Cap. 108) revised 2002 and the cases that have been decided by the Bruneian, Malaysian and Indian courts. A simple and a basic introduction to the Law of Evidence in Brunei Darussalam.
