THE STUDY is a collaborative research between researchers from UBD and Osaka University, Japan. The research project involved distribution and collection of a survey questionnaire, ICT in Education (ICTE) questionnaire in all secondary schools in Brunei and selected schools in Osaka City. Datas were analyzed using structural equation modeling, to test the applicability of a psychosocial model, theory of planned behavior, in predicting and exploring teachers use of ICT.
