Summary: This analysis is to find out the effect that occurs due to the divorces in Tutong District. Beside that to find out, how far it can get the negative effect to the children. There are many factors that they want to divorce. Due to that we can find out the negative and positive effects. In order to find the data, I use two-type questionnaire, one for the divorcer person and the other is for the child who.s their parent are divorce. The research discovered that divorce that happen that came in effect through the children either effect of positive otherwise with them in psychology, sociology and learning. However effect of negative that can be happen cause of divorce however it still at the average in sociology and learning. And then the most side effect is occur in psychology.s of children inside their feeling and emotional
