The theme of 'Writing Cultivation of Sharia and Legal Issues as a Catalyst for Islamic Scholarly Dynamism' as explained in the initial chapter, reflects the mobilization of integrated initiatives to cultivate writing activities within the framework of Sharia and law while preserving the vibrancy of its academic climate to drive the dynamic nature of Islamic scholarship on the national and international scene. Along with that, the 21st Series of Shariah and Law Issues displays 13 chapters that address a variety of issues in certain fields, especially in the context of community and national life. The areas that are the focus of this series include Islamic property, Islamic judiciary and legislation, Islamic criminal and civil law, Islamic family, Islamic finance and economics and muamalat. The reviews made by the writers are based on sharia and laws that take into account current developments in Malaysia.
