| Formatted contents note | Pengajaran merupakan aktivities (proses) yang sistematis dan sistemik, terdiri atas banyak komponen. Masing-masing komponen pengajaran tidak bersifat parsial (terpisah) atau berjalan sendiri-sendiri, tetapi harus berjalan secara teratur, saling bergantung, komplementer, dan berkesinambungan. Untuk itu diperlukan pengelolaan pengajaran yang baik. Pengelolaan pengajaran yang baik harus dikembangkan berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip pengajaran. Aktivitas pengajaran yang dikelola secara terprogram, teratur, dan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan serta kaidah-kaidah kepengajaran yang baik dan ''maton'' merupakan tuntutan yang semestinya terhadap pelaksanaan pengajaran. |
