Corporate Finance: Theory and Practice is an excellent introduction to the subject. Lumby and Jones have produced an intuitive and descriptive text. The book is structured logically, with all necessary topics covered for typical courses, both at an introductory level and for the understanding of more advanced concepts. Per Bjarte Solibakke, Molde University College (Norway). This is an essential book for all corporate finance units. I found the real-world examples extremely helpful in applying practice of the theories, and the examination-style problems to assess understanding. This text provides an excellent range of resources for both students and lecturers. George Fillis, Associate Professor, Bournemouth University (UK). |
