| Summary, etc | The significance of the research lies in its quality and not quantity. the importance of research outputs have prompted a 'publish or perish' mentality. therefore, it is for those concerned with research to pay due attention to desgining anfd adhering to the appropriate metholody throughout for improving the quality of research. hence, this book is designed for this purpose and for those who are interested to use it in the process of scientific research in any discipline of social sciences. although the principles of research are the same across the board and across discipline, the task of the law school is to teach its student to think like a lawyer who is somewhat different from thinkingh like a medical doctor or anybody else. thus, pure legal research itself has many aspects that researches in other fields would find strange amd alien. the pure legal research means the study of the statues,rules, regulation, cases, and constitutions and thier intellectula manipulation into legal analysis. the book will provide guidelines to all interestd in research studies of one sort or the other and will also assist in the accomplishment of exploratory as well as result-oriented research studies.<br/> |
