SECARA UMUM buku ini cuba memperinci dan memberikan gambaran tentang budaya dan adat istiadat yang diamalkan oleh masyarakat Melayu khususnya di Negara Brunei Darussalam, yang perlu dilihat sebagai suatu kesinambungan dan keutuhan negara, bangsa, agama, dan masyarakat yang mempunyai nilai yang mesti dipertahankan.
