Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the rules and regulations of the jurisprudence mentioned in the book of Kifayah Al-Akhyar by Sheikh Taqiuddin Al-Hisni. The method used by the researcher is by reading the book several times then issue the method and the principal from it. As well as reading books on knowledge of methods and principals to extract informations as a backup and reference. The problem is that many students do not know the importance of theses methods and principals of fiqhiyah. The researcher started the research paper with the biography of Sheikh Taqiuddin Al-Hisni, then a description of the knowledge of fiqhiyah methodology and the difference between it with usuliyah methodology. Then the difference between the method and fiqhiyah principal. After that the explanation of the elements of the fiqhiyah method and its category and chain. Then will be discussing all the methods and the principal contained in Kifayah Al-Akhyar specifically on the book of purity and prayer with the description and clarity, the problems contained under the rules and the principals, as well as what is excluded from them. After that is the explanation of method and the principal according to the book Kifayah Al-Akhyar.
