| Abstract: | In order to help the dispute of marriage, the researcher will focusing in this research on rights and duties of husband and wife, which I hopefully can help to reduce their burden and the marriage's dispute in Brunei Darussalam. It is also guidance for them to understand the meaning of their responsibilities which is a must to them and cannot be ignored. In this research will explain more on the definition of marital right according to Fiqh and law of Brunei, also mutual rights, rights of husband and lastly rights of wife according to Islamic jurisprudence and law of Brunei |
