dc.description.abstractThis thesis is about minors in transaction an crime: Comparison between Fiqh Islam and Laws of Brunei. It consist of three parts: Definitions of minors. transaction and crime. The first part of this thesis, I have explained the definitions of minors in Fiqh Islam and in Laws of Brunei. Then, I have included the definitions of "Al-Ahliah" and other materials associated with it. Furthermore, I have elaborated more about the transactions and juvenile according to Fuqaha's opinion in Fiqh Islam and in Laws of Brunei. I habe also given the opinions of the Fuqaha's by comparing it with Laws of Brunei. In my research, I have found out that there are a lot of problems associating with minors in the Fiqh Islam, but I also have found out that there a not found in the Laws of Brunei.en_US
