dc.description.abstractCar accidents are one of the major catastrophes of the times that need to learn about the Laws that are coded and accurate. This writing is to identify and explain car accidents in Islamic Criminal Law, this study aims to show the reality of car accidents in the Islamic Criminal Law. I have clarified the meaning of Islamic Criminal law to save the interests of the people and car accidents caused by negligence or ignorance or intentionally not accepted in Islamic law and punishable with appropriate penalties and penalties. I have explained about the adverse impacts of car accidents in Islamic Criminal law which may be of interest or morals and will be reasonable to bear all the penalties issued against him. I have been discussing a penalty as a result of a car accident, and irregularity. Road accidents will bear their work as a liability for sin, legal punishment or any warranty.en_US
