Abstract

This is an important topic in Islamic law as a matter of personal status related to divorce by means of modern communication and its relation to reality. At present, many people have utilized the use of electronic tools to ease the day-to-day business of selling and so on. Muslims have used this method to make an active divorce which was initiated by foreigners, especially non-Muslims. This research aims to regulate divorce in Shariah using electronic means. This research relies on all scientific subjects to the desk study curriculum by reviewing several legal books. The purpose of this research is to disseminate useful information to all of us that the electronic way is not a solution to all the urgent issues. Divorce is a rule for relationships between married people as they connect each other and their families.
