Abstract

This research aims to highlight the problem of crime in Brunei Darussalam, especially on offense, which is located on human life, which is the topic for my research. The research determines to find out how to felony murder only, but also focus on the rule of murder and the reasons that lead to crime such as murder the killing among young people and young women in Brunei Darussalam. In this paper I tried to adjust and with the help of administrators that threw light on the murder of Islamic jurisprudence and Brunei Darussalam law. In the first chapter addresses the steps that lead to murder by definition in Islamic jurisprudence in the second chapter deals with ways to prove murder in Islamic law and Brunei Darussalam law, and in the end of the research deals with the crime of killings in Brunei Darussalam analysis when issues of murder and his sentence in Brunei Darussalam court.
