الإجهاض في الفقه الإسلامي: دراسة تطبيقية في مجتمع بروناي

Abstract

This thesis is mainly aimed for developing research through problems that we had nowadays in criminal offences especially for the crime that is meant for premature babies or what we called abortion. I have interest in this topic and gladly choose it as my research and trying my best to develop my research based on the knowledge that I have and not only to know what is the main reason for causes upon this crime but I wanted to find out what is the abortion that is allowed and forbidden in Islam and how it occurs especially the abortion that is regularly carried out secretly by our youngsters and teenagers in Brunei Darussalam. In the last chapter, I will conclude the sentences or punishments provided for the person who commits the crime between the laws in Islamic Laws and The Civil Law of Brunei that is being practiced in Brunei Darussalam. Last but not least, a conclusion will be provided in every chapter with some ideas and suggestion concerning this thesis.
