Abstract
This research aims to study the method of investment in investment funds in Islamic banks. In the first clause describes the definition of investment, its laws and its types. While the second clause explains about investment funds, their classification, their types, then the opinions of legal experts related to investment funds, the field of Shariah control over investment funds, and the supervisory body for investment funds. In addition to that, there are also explanations about the method of managing investment funds in Islamic banks and investing in them, fund management, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach in all data, analyzing and discussing them to achieve the aforementioned objectives. The most important results of the research are that Islamic funds are considered an effective option for promoting ethical and sustainable financing, and that investment in Islamic funds is based on justice and responsibility. And investment in banks and institutions Islamic banking is based on achieving a balance between profitability and social responsibility.
