Abstract

In Islam, there is a transaction called buying and selling, which is a human activity to meet daily needs. In the Quran, Allah has also mentioned about the permissibility of buying and selling. However, there are also prohibited transactions in Islam. In this advanced and modern era, the internet is one of the technologies that must exist for human convenience. With the internet, people can buy and sell wherever they are, regardless of time and place. This study will be conducted on 50 individuals through a survey on the problems in buying and selling on the internet in terms of its conditions, pillars, and solutions. The objective of this study is to emphasize buying and selling on the internet so that we can be more cautious and avoid problems in online transactions.
