Abstract
The research aims to clarify the rule "license is not entrusted with sin or doubt". and illustrate how contemporary their applications are. The research is divided into three chapters in the introductory chapter, the researcher talks about the importance of research and research objectives. In the first chapter, the researcher discusses the definition of licenses, their decisions, and the conditions related to licenses. While the second chapter, the license and control part of its work. In the third chapter, there we will discuss the contemporary application of the rule: the license is not entrusted with sin or doubt. We are looking for the origins of license rules that are not entrusted with sin or doubt, the reasons for licensing, the doctrines of scholars in licensing noncompliance, and finally for the contemporary application of the rules: licenses are not entrusted with sin or doubt. For example, provisions on permitting the course of sin, licensing the shortening and collection of prayers, licensing between the two prayers, the ruling of eliminating disobedience by wearing slippers, doubting the permission of minors, the obligation to complete the permission of minors, and the validity of prayer if it turns out that the license, he took is an illusion to leave the mosque.
