Abstract

The research is divided into three chapters in the introductory chapter, the researcher talks about the importance of research and research objectives. In the first chapter, the researcher discusses the definition of licenses, their decisions, and the conditions related to licenses. While the second chapter, the license and control part of its work. In the third chapter, there we will discuss the contemporary application of the rule: the license is not entrusted with sin or doubt.
