Abstract
This research is divided into three parts. The first chapter discusses the concept of the Book of Transactions, the wisdom behind its validity, the definition of buying and selling, proving its validity, the pillars and conditions, the division of buying and selling, the best buying and selling in Al-Aqli, the best transaction for yourself, the best transaction for our country , and illegal matters in transactions among Brunei Darussalam traders: usury, extortion and taking counterfeit money, fraud and swearing in the sale of goods, bribery, monopolies of goods, prohibition of underestimating measurement and weight rates, prohibition of buying stolen, stolen or confiscated goods illegal, ban on selling excrement and the ruling on using forbidden money. While the second part, which is the importance of legal transactions among Brunei Darussalam merchants in Islamic law, may also discuss the concept of defining Islamic law in transaction fiqh, the author of Islamic law and its description, comparison between transaction fiqh. and religious fiqh, the source or basis of legal transactions in Islam, and the ethical principles of transactions. Legal in Islam, work is not to collect wealth, and the importance of legal transactions among Brunei merchants in Brunei law. In the third part, there is information and the history of the construction of the night market in our country, Brunei Darussalam, and questions about the knowledge of the traders in Brunei about the correct transactions from the religious aspect: the understanding of the night market. traders in Brunei about doing business, information about sellers and buyers, types of goods sold, formulas, types of sales that are often applied in your business, if your sales do not end, what will you do as a trader to avoid waste? Towards Anger, Standards, Illegal and Harmful, Opinions of Night Market Traders on Matters that Need to be Improved, Conclusion This research is the result of discussions with supervisors, and legal and legal references received related to this topic.
