Abstract

"Crowdfunding" is one way of investing or developing funds. There are also other ways of investment such as sharing المشرقة profit sharing by way of Mudharaba and Murabaha المضاربة والمرابحة. Indeed, Islam is simple and easy in all aspects and places great emphasis on the welfare of the Muslim community. One of them is in taking care of the property of Muslims. For this reason, in Islam it is permitted to do any kind of transaction in various ways as long as it does not go against with Islamic Law. And the purpose of doing this research is to find out whether this "crowdfunding" complies with or follows Islamic law and whether it can be used as a way to invest or develop funds in Islam. The other purpose is to give understanding towards the community about "crowdfunding" and various other ways for investment. In this research, I use the method of referring to scientific books and Fiqh books from the library. Apart from that, I also refer to the Internet related to this topic.
