أحكام ولد الزنا ومسؤولية الدولة له: دراسة في دولة بروناي دار السلام

Abstract
An illegitimate child is a child born of an illegitimate marriage. For "adultery" means intercourse between a woman and a man in a way other than the provisions of the Sharia. Islamic teachings allow relationships based on valid marriage and prove its validity, which means that the conditions of marriage itself needed to be fulfilled. This relationship is called "intercourse in other words, two bodies become one." Intercourse is not allowed except through marriage, that is with a marriage contract that is full of sufficient conditions and can be fulfilled. Marriage in Islam is simple but not only with a formal speech but accompanied by work and preparation. The research problem discussed is the Illegitimate Child’s rights and how the law works on them. And my goal with this topic is so that many people know what zina is and many know that Illegitimate Child happens when zina occurs, but what keeps them wherever they are still raises questions for a part of society that has no connection or knowledge about the an Illegitimate Child. My second goal is to know the meaning of Illegitimate Child in Islamic law. The researcher uses descriptive and historical methods in religious studies in terms of Islamic law and the understanding of Bruneian society. The researcher will use extrapolation and the four books of fiqh and mention the arguments of each doctrine, showing the arguments and verses of the Qur'an to their place from the fir and the graduation of the noble hadiths of the Prophet. In addition to this book, the researcher will use contemporary books and the Internet related to the subject. Alhamdulillah and with God willing everything went smoothly.
