Abstract

As is widely acknowledge, the technological and scientific innovation has effect on all our lives in this globalized age indeed. Therefore, Islam keeps emphasizing the diversity of human welfare by implementing Islamic law and Qawa'id Fiqhiyyah, regardless of whether it involves shifting across generations in vital aspects of life and broadening the purview of Muslim thinking worldwide. The writer aims to clarify the method of "hardship begets facility" and examples of its application in fasting, which is in the beginning, the writer defined the terms Qawa'id and Fiqh. It then proceeds to the inception and development of Qawa'id Fiqhiyyah, including their division and origins.
