Abstract
In fact, health is considered as one of the most important blessings of Allah, Allah’s gift of highest value, even health in safety is absolutely greater than all other blessings, so the person who receives taufiq from God will definitely try to take care of the health of his body and keep him from all things that can disturb his health. The Islamic guidelines for health care aim to give birth to physically and mentally healthy Muslims .In this study, the law of healthy living in Islam is examined. This study contains three clauses, and each clause is divided into several mabhas (parts). The method used by the researcher in this research is to refer to the Al-Quran, the Sunnah of the Prophet, books of Fiqh, studies and treatises on hadith, and other related books in the library and also on the internet. Among the most important findings of this study is that health care is necessary for every individual. The application of personal Islam, practicing a healthy lifestyle is important in the life of a Muslim based on the Quran and Sunnah, showing how a Muslim should live and be an example for those around him. Many health problems are common in modern society, such as obesity, and can be prevented or reduced to the extent that Islamic health guidelines are followed in all aspects. One of the most important recommendations is to hold a workshop on health care in Islam to educate the community on the importance of personal hygiene and healthy eating, and to connect them to Islamic teachings.
