Abstract
This research aims to conduct study on the concept of complicity (crimes) in Sharia and Brunei's law. I have made this topic the focus of my research. My research is limited to the topic of complicity in crimes, including its understanding, pillars, types, and punishments, which are prohibited in our religion and also our country's laws. Complicity in crimes concludes its understanding, pillars, types, and punishments. This research is divided into three chapters, and every chapter is divided into several sections. . The information for this study was obtained from library reading materials referring to the books of Fiqh. This study allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the concept of complicity in crimes in Islam and also to recognize some of the punishments according to the Brunei law. I hope that this study can further enhance our knowledge on this topic and benefit the Muslim community, especially in Brunei Darussalam.
