Abstract
Allah has revealed the Qur’an as a guidance to people and made its rulings comprehensive for all aspects of human life to preserve their interests and control their worldly and hereafter lives including the legal rulings contained in Surat Al-Mujadalah, Al-Hashr and Al-Mumtahinah. But in general, some Muslims in this time do not know it and do not wish to understand it. Therefore, as not to achieve the purpose of this religion in their daily lives. This study aims to explain the legal rulings and clarify the jurisprudential issues mentioned in these three chapters. The method used in this study is the descriptive and analytical approach. This study also relies on the inductive approach. The study concluded that the legal ruling according to scholars of fundamentals is the speech issued by God, His Majesty, directed to the servants to do something obligatory, or desirable, or to leave it as forbidden, or hateful, or to choose between action and abandonment, and this ruling is divided into the mandated ruling and the positive ruling. The formulas of the verses of the provisions contained in the Holy Qur’an benefit the command, the prohibition, the imposition, the writing, the commandment, and the informative style. Surat Al-Mujadalah included several rulings which are the ruling on zihaar and its expiation, the etiquette of gatherings, the etiquette of communicating with each other and the ruling on loyalty to enemies. The verses in this surah were distinguished by the fact that each verse included the word of majesty: (God) to raise the fear of Him in the souls, and not to dare to disobey Him. As for Surat Al-Hashr which is the civil surah, it was concerned with legislative rulings such as the rulings on spoils, stinginess and miserliness, the command to piety and work for the Hereafter. Then, the examined surah included the prohibition of allying with the polytheists for harming the believers and their enmity towards God, forcing them to emigrate and leaving their homes and homelands, followed that with setting proverbs with the story of Abraham and those with him among the believers, their disavowal of their idolatrous people, so that the believer takes the father of the prophets Abraham Khalil Al-Rahman as a role model and a good example and it followed that Explanation of the ruling on pledging allegiance to the Messenger. May God bless him and grant him peace, to them, the terms and conditions of the allegiance, and its principles in Islam and its home.
