Abstract

This study talks about the crime of underage adultery and its implementation under the Brunei Criminal Code 2013. The purpose of collecting this research is to increase and expand knowledge in general and facilitate researchers in particular. In this writing, I will explain what is meant by jarimah or crime and what is meant by adultery and the meaning of minors. In this writing will also explain the punishments for people who commit adultery found in Sharia law and Civil law. This study contains three clauses, of which clause one explains the meaning of adultery and adultery in terms of language and syara', arguments and principles. While clause two explains the ways of implementing the punishment for the crime of adultery in Islam and Brunei Law. Then clause three explains the concept of minors in Islam in terms of language and syara' and in the Brunei Code, the punishments imposed for minor adultery offenders in Islam and the Brunei Code.
