The problem of this study is mostly people in nowadays, they are take care for orphans in orphanages which is mostly focus on taking care in terms of the material but they tend to forget the importance of caring orphans in terms of education. So the researcher considers that it is necessary to studies on the subject about “Orphan management in Sharia and it’s importance of educational development”. This study aims to know the concept of the orphan and the position of Islamic jurisprudence in orphan management since the era of Prophet SAW until the era after prophet's companions and talk about the importance of educational development, and the methodology of this study was developed using inductive. The findings of this study reveal that Caring for orphans of their interests and rights is important and, And It is clear to us that orphanages as understood today were not the same as the beginnings of the Islamic state, Rather, The orphan was adopted by a sponsor who fostered the orphan into his home and take care of him as he takes care of his children and In the Islamic history there are many masterpieces have been written about the care and adoption of orphans. Finally, the orphan has their right in education and the guardian should not take care of the orphan in terms of materially only until neglecting the education of orphans, because if an orphan gets a good of education and receive proper guidance It will be a positive effect to society but if the orphan was neglected when he was youth It will be a bad effect to society.
