الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج : دراسة المقارنة بين المذاهب

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the health of future husbands and wife before marriage and the extent to which it is related to Islamic Sharia and the law of comparison between the opinions of the sects about it. This study focuses more on health screening. As for the research methodology, it uses research to collect data and information until it achieves the research objective. As for the collection of data and information, at the beginning explain the term of marriage and the meaning of health examination before marriage in detail. Then in the second chapter it explains the types of diseases in general and the health examination procedure before marriage, while in the third chapter explains the law of health examination before marriage between sects. Lastly, from this study it has been found that it is important to take care of the health of individuals to reduce the spread of widespread diseases.
