الأمراض المعدية وكيفية التعامل معها في الإسلام وفي بروناي دار السلام

Abstract

As we all know, treatment in Islam is something that people want and love. Since every disease has a cure, and every medicine is not contrary to Islam, as mention prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him: "for every disease there is a cure. If the right medicine is applied, it will be healed by the leave of Allah” (narrated by Muslim). Therefore, every Muslim should strive in prevention and treatment of disease. The purpose of writing this research is to convey Islamic medicine to the public and inform them about the dangers of infectious diseases if left untreated. This research method is an inductive approach, which relies on books of jurisprudence, medicine and the Internet that discuss on Islamic medicine and infectious diseases. In this study, I have found the importance of Islamic medicine and its benefits in overcoming and preventing various types of diseases. Apart from that, various efforts have been made by the Brunei government in dealing with the spread of the epidemic, both spiritually and ukhrawi. This research was divided into three chapters: On the first chapter, I wrote about the introduction on infectious disease and its wisdom, then in the second chapter I explained about the types of infectious diseases, and in the third chapter, about how to deal with infectious diseases according to Islam and how Brunei Darussalam handle infectious diseases
