Abstract

The title of the study is about surrogacy in fiqh. The objective and the main focus is the law of surrogacy. The method used to complete this paper is through questionnaires, interviews, books and even articles as well as some information available on the internet. In this study, I have obtained surrogacy laws in Islamic countries as well as non -Muslim countries. In conclusion, from this paper, I was able to know the law of surrogacy and also how the process is etc. and also what are the other ways to get a child other than this surrogacy. We also need to know what is the meaning of surrogacy in this fiqh and how it is described. I can have a lot of damage or disadvantage in this surrogacy in terms of heirs as well as friendship. What is the effect on the biological mother, biological father and so on. There are differences about this surrogacy in Islamic countries as well as non -Muslim countries. what is the law of surrogacy in the Islamic country and also the evidence and the reason why people want to do surrogacy.
