Abstract
The purpose of this academic exercise are to introduce Sisters In Islam as one of the Islamic liberal organization and to show the community some issues which raised to focus on justice for Muslim women. This academic writing will be using books of Fiqh and Tauhid and also other references from library and internet. The researcher has started the academic exercise with the introduction of the organization of Sisters in Islam, the appearance factor and objectives of the organization. Then the researcher is discussing the issues regarding to this organization in wearing hijab, heirs, polygamy, hudud, freedom of religion and also the issue of women as imam in prayers among men and women. After examining those issues, the researcher states the evidences from the Quran and Sunnah, the opinions of scholars and jurists as a rebuttal to the issues and law raised by the organization. Hopefully this academics exercise will benefit the reader and to be used as reference and guidance.
