Abstract

Bruneians have been using Facebook excessively which has lead to critical addiction among the Muslim youth. The purpose of this research is to analyze any possible effects of Facebook among the Muslim youth in general and Sultan Sharif 'Ali Islamic Universiti (UNISSA) students in particular. This research is made up of three chapters of Facebook and is known as youth. Whereas in chapter two, the researcher will mention Facebook usage, its advantages, and disadvantages. Finally, in chapter three, the researcher has prepared some questionnaires that are made up of 3 sections and were distributed to 200 students of UNISSA randomly. As an outcome, for the questionnaires, in phase Three, the researcher will show the results graphically in percentages using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Therefore, the usage of Facebook should be used wisely and correct;y based on Islamic Law
