Abstract

This research deals with one of Islamic Inheritance topics in Al- Qur'an Al-Kariim, I started the first part explaining the meaning of Islamic Inheritance, then I mentioned some sides of the definition and an overview of the historical Islamic Inheritance. I turned in the second part to talk about the the rights of the heirs in Al-Qur'an Al-Kariim. I pointed to some issues that Islamic legislation maintained in Inheritance which indicate the great wisdom that characterize Islamic legislation. Mentioned some evidences of the rules of inheritance which are the full wisdom and justice. The most important aspects is legislation for some other privileged system in the distribution of inheritance, in same language that addresses the mind and conscience. The Islamic Inheritance is Constant Law that do not accept change and applicability in reality till hereafter and its system capable of fragmenting public wealth with wisdom and justice, and do not make them stacked and sacred in the hands of closed class. In the end of part I talk about inferred historical trial of The Indonesia Law specially in how the presence the gradient applied of Indonesia Inheritance Law from Independence day of Indonesia era till now.
